What we store
- Your Google sign‑in identifier and basic profile info provided at login (for authentication).
- Your subscription/credit status (to manage access to features).
- Authentication cookies to keep you signed in.
AI assistant and PDF analysis
- Today, the AI does not analyze full PDF contents. It only uses your prompts and minimal field info needed to help fill forms.
- A future “Analyze PDF” feature may be introduced. It will be off by default and require your explicit opt‑in.
- When enabled, only the minimum data needed to fulfill your request will be processed.
Cookies
We use cookies to authenticate you and provide a secure session. You can clear cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention
- Session cookies last for the session or until they expire per normal cookie behavior.
- Account identifiers and subscription/credit status are retained while your account remains active and as required for billing/abuse prevention.
Security
- We use HTTPS for transport security.
- We avoid storing PDFs and chat content on servers.
- Access to required account data is limited to operating the service.
