Thanks for using TearHappy PDF. We keep this simple and clear. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1) What we do

• We provide tools to view and fill PDFs, and an AI assistant to help with form-filling.
• Core processing happens in your browser. We do not store your PDFs or chat messages.

2) Accounts and subscriptions

• You can sign in with Google. We keep your Google identifier and basic profile information required for login, plus your subscription/credit status.
• Some features require a paid plan or credits. Payments are handled by a secure payment processor; we do not store full payment details.
• You are responsible for your account and for maintaining session security on your device.

3) Your content and rights

• You own your documents. You must have the rights to the content you process.
• Do not use the service for illegal content, spam, or malware.
• We may enforce reasonable limits to protect stability and prevent abuse.

4) AI assistant

• Today, the AI does not analyze full PDF contents. It only uses your prompts and optional field names/values needed to fill forms.
• A future “Analyze PDF” feature may be offered. It will be off by default and require you to explicitly enable it per use.
• When enabled, only the minimum data needed to fulfill your request will be processed.

5) Privacy basics (short version)

• We do not store your PDFs or chat messages.
• We store your Google sign‑in identifier and basic profile provided at login, and subscription/credit status for billing and access control.
• Authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in.

6) Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

7) Changes to the service or terms

We may update the app and these Terms. If you continue using the service after updates, you accept the changes.
